rain rain rain

Do you love the feeling whenever it is raining? or are you one of those people who get irritated when they've found out that it is raining outside?
Well, in my case, i love it whenever i here those raindrops fall. The only problem that i am up to is the possibility of having flood in front of our house. tsk. So sad that until now, in spite of many developments here in our city the government does not know how to fix our flood problems.
When would we get rid of those? How? Who's going to help us?
